Well, I have a top done so far, but not sure I can count it here when it's finished. It's been a PIB, (project in a box) for over a year, but I hadn't started it yet. It's another t-shirt quilt for my childhood friend who lives in CA. Since I made that giant one for him, we agreed I could take a break before making this one. Then I did the t-shirt quilt for my daughter. I am about done with t-shirt quilts for a while, I hope. LOL

Michelle: What a great quilt, love those little baskets and the prairie points really add. Your friend is lucky to have someone like you. Wildyard: Three t-shirt quilts? I call that above and beyond. Congrats on keeping at it!

Thanks Emma, in fact, since I began quilting, this will be my 5th I think. I made one as a fund raiser for a music venue, and one for our local Bluegrass EmCee. That one will one day be in the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame! I'm so excited about that. Right now it serves as a backdrop to the stages whenever there is a Bluegrass event sponsored by our public TV/radio station.

I finally finished this UFO. It sat for a while waiting for the binding. It will go Sadie's Dream for a Cure.
Happy 4th of July!

Really like your style...your ironing board cover is great also.

Thanks Judy! I'm having fun putting my quilting room together. I'm not usually a fan of white, but it just works in there, looks so clean. It's been fun. I LOVE what I chose for the ironing board cover too. I plan to paint the accent wall a pretty teal blue, again not usually my color scheme but hey at least it's popular right now many shades to choose from

I've gotten behind again..... my mother died the last full week in June and I've been crazy busy since then. Things are calming down now so I can get back on QB and see what everyone has been doing. I've gotten the baby quilt I'm working on ready for the label so I'll be posting soon, too.
Michelleoc- I love those prairie points. They are so delicate looking from the picture.... perfect for that quilt. I keep thinking I'll try that but haven't yet. I really am close to being done with UFOs and quilts I 'have to make' so that's on my bucket list.
Retiredteacher09- I'm very impressed with your quilt for Sadie's Dream for a cure. That's an awesome gift for a worthy cause..... kudo's!!
wildyard- I want to see some pictures of your t-shirt quilts..... I know they are super cute.
bcross- It sounds like you are on a roll..... getting those quilts done and off to the longarmer is soooo close to being finished!! I'm cheering you on......
