This looks like curtains or a tablecloth.
Well, it went in the mail today to a very happy lady in Cincinnati.

Carrie...THAT was pretty knit. I love working with knit as well as cotton. Knit quilts are the warmest, BUT never mix the two fabrics. YOU thought your paisley was ugly too...BUT I loved it.
Pffffffffffft on your uglies...LOL.... wish I had read your post earlier & would have taken it off your hands.

Self taught...no one around close to me quilts...no guilds for me to join. I didn't use stablizer & I am still using the quilt on the bed in winter after 20 years. I cut up knits from my MIL's old clothes. Put a 'used' sheet blanket on the back & no batting. I use what I can!
Everyone here has their own way & I don't have 'quilt' police in my home.

You know that piece that only God knows where it came from, as if your fabric's are mating and this is what happened. Are you willing to show it to me. I will show you mine.
This is a piece of knit material in blue and yellow. I would love to give it away but am afraid no one will want it either. The salvage says Wamsutta Knitting mills. I have no idea how old this is or where it came from because I don't like knit.
Here is mine now show me yours. I promise I won't laugh if you happen to like it. But be honest about it.
I could see this as a tote bag.

I agree and think it would be great for stack and whack. Can a stabilizer be used since it's knit; or it's best not to even use it at all? I think if it was all knit and maybe hand quilted, it could be a cut throw.
