I have a list of quilt/fabric stores, but if anyone has any feedback about a shop they have been to, or knows if there are any new ones, it would be greatly apperciated! We are going to be staying at The Paris Hotel if that helps. Thank you for any suggestions or ideas! ;)

I have been to Vegas several times and can't imagine having any time to think about quilting! There is so much to see and do besides gambling.

I'll be there next June for granddaughter's wedding, don't think I'll have much time for fabric shopping either but would make a note of shops just in case I have some free time. May in Jersey

I will be there for a week, and DH will be in meetings all day, from 8-4, so it leaves me alot of time.
C'mon PegD, lets go!

I don't think there are any shops real close to the strip. Sis and I are going to town tomorrow. We always go to Fabric Boutique at W. Charleston and Decatur in the Wal-Mart shopping center. We really like this shop. She always has a color or the day. If it's blue that day you get 20% off any fabric that has blue in it no matter how small.

There is actually a quilting tour bus tour.

It seems expensive to me, however cheaper then five minutes at a slot machine. Plus these shops are miles apart and not that easy to find so it might be worth it for a tourist. The shops in Vegas are all very different.

Quiltique is in Henderson, but probably worth a visit. They are a Bernina dealer but mostly a huge fabric shop. They have most everything new and the shop is quite light and open.

Also in Henderson, but downtown is Sew Obsessed. Her shop is really new, but she has beautiful stuff, and is so sweet. Very friendly store.

Then there is Fabric Boutique on Charleston, which has been mentioned. Also a very nice and very big shop. Great specials there most of the time. Not much info on their website, but a great shop.

My favorite shop is a little one called The Christmas Goose. I always find what I need there. The space is small but packed with beautiful things and the best place for inspiration or shopping. They are also super friendly there.

The last one that I know about, is Fiddlesticks. It is out in Boulder City. Very nice shop with lots of fun things. I have only been there once, but I found lots of stuff, of course.

Well, hope that helps.

Staying at the Paris? WOW! right in the middle of fun! Last time there stayed at the 'Jockey Club' and we were on the side of the building that we could watch the water show. That is so cool and soothing after fighting with the mobs in the casinos and streets!

Have fun and let us know how your 'shopping' goes!

I was there with my husband in May at a conference he was attending. I managed to find my way to The Fabric Botique. Nice store and friendly people. Picked up some patterns that the stores around my area did not have. There are also two outlets malls and the bus on the strip goes out to them, one at each end. Enjoy
