Thank you for asking the question and all the wonderful replies. My arthritis was so bad in 2010 all I did was prepare for PT or recover from it. I thought my quilting days were over. Then a new doctor with new meds and injections has me moving more. I even got to quilt several hours this week. That made me so happy. I'm about 69 and find I have to quilt one day and compute on the next day or I'll never stop. It is so inspiring to know I have years of quilting and computing ahead of me. It'll encourage me to keep doing my workouts. Thank your so much.

I am so tickled with how many responded to this message. I will be 75 next week and my children in TN want me to come and live with them??? I am settled in my FL home for the past 43 years and yes I quilt, using computer and etc that all goes with it. Some medical issues like everyone my age, but deal with it. So many of you are way older than me and so active makes me feel like I can keep going by my self for more years yet. Hubby died 21 years ago so its not that I have not been alone. I think seniors using computers are wonderful, has opened a new world for them too. Keep on going gals past 75 and keep my spirits up to also do so. Thanks

Happy Anniversary! We will celebrate our 56th in October. I am 75 (in 2 days) and quilt and use the computer although not an expert by a long shot !!!

A very Happy Birthday to you. Keep up the good work.

I am not quite there yet but since I do it now, I am sure I will be doing it for years to come till I can't get up tot he sewing machine. It is an art that I will do forever and I have told everyone that I know to be sure and put my thimble on my finger and threaded needle and some fabric so I can be working on something while on my way to heaven. I am 82 and will be 83 in October. I am quilting and line dancing and walking every day and intend to keep on doing it for at least another 10 years! My sister is 91 and is a very active quilter so I think we have good genes!

You go girl keep on doing the line dancing, the computer is a friend 24/7 isn't it?? I am addicted. And of course quilting along the way. My kids say they are going to throw out my material and books, I say, Yeah and I am going to change my will too, this is your inheritance!!
