not quilting related BUT he washed my favorite black sweater with the towels. Needless to say, I no longer have that sweater.

51 years and counting, and he starting driving me crazy 5 years ago. However, when he's not driving me crazy, he's a wonderful DH, so I guess I'll keep him! I suspect I drive him crazy, too.

Tell him he owes you a new ironing board cover if you can't get the fuzzies off. DH used my scissors once, then I went on ebay and bought a batch of cheap scissors and they are all in the kitchen drawer ready for him when he wants them.

Reorganized my kitchen cupboards while I spent 5 months in hospital and rehab recovering from a spinal cord injury. I couldn't find a thing when I got home. The other thing he used to do is go through my stuff - fabric - art canvas, etc. and just toss it out even though I needed them was planning on using them. Grrr.

Did you go through his tool box and workbench and randomly throw tools away after you recovered?

lol! Mine constantly swallows, it's annoying. I think if he quit breathing the swallowing would quit too?

Actually, I'm wondering what the red fuzz was from? Mine was going to iron a sticker to a motorcycle seat that we sewed, asks me in the morning before I'm awake if he should use my small iron. I'm like, "yes". Found out he didn't mean the cheapo iron I reserve for applique, heat n bond and such, he meant my small travel iron I take to classes.

Oh wow, mine did that several times and I almost got him with the scissors once! I now have a mirror so I can see behind me.

That reminds me of the time when my DH's friend stayed with us for a couple days. To thank us, he cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom... literally. And used my brand new white bath towels to do so. They are still a dingy gray, several years later.

The red fuzz was from shop towels that he was ironing. The short version of the story is that he wants to spray paint a logo on them for capture the flag. And the long version of the story involves medieval warfare.
