This lady sells a bottle and tips for glue I saw her at the Road to CA show. Can't remember prices though.

Sharon Schamber's daughter runs an online quilt shop. I bought these plastic tips recently at a show:

and they work well for me. I do need to remove and soak them after each use; there's no way to cap them.

I thought it was a pain to clean the metal tip...I found some long narrow tipped bottles at Joann's (near the Xacto knives of all places). There were 3 in a package and it wasn't very expensive. I just refill from the Elmer's bottle.

I bought some at Hobby Lobby and they fit on acrylic paint bottles which are small. There were six tips, plastic. I have used them and they work great. I bought a bottle of white paint for 69 cents and put it in a different bottle and use the paint bottle (washed out) for the glue. You do have to put the original cap back on the bottle when you're through and rinse out the top or the glue will dry out. I also found at Hobby Lobby 3 nozzles and a bottle but that was more expensive than buying 6 and a bottle of paint. I also have a metal nozzle that came on some fabric glue but to use the washable school glue I would need to water the glue down for it to come out of such a fine nozzle.
