Wonder if they'll change Elmers?

This story was in our local paper in Columbus OH yesterday. It may not mean anything but let's hope they don't decide to try to "improve" what we love!

I just found the bottle with a metal tip at Rockler's in Arlington, TX. You can google them and order. They are a wood shop supply company. I paid $4.99 and you can get additional tips that are plastic of different sizes, I think their are 6 sizes in the package for another $4.99.

Metal and glue do not go together. It will get all yucky. The tips I found at craft stores are not thin enough. I bought Roxanne's Basting Glue with the long thin tip and just use that for when I want a thin line. I use Elmer's for basting my quilt tops. I used a bottle of Elmer's washable School Glue I had for over five years and it worked just fine. It was never opened.
