Romping ahead?!? I wish!! LOL

I've done six blocks, for exactly the reason Klue said, I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to keep up.

I don't think it matters that some are starting early, because the schedule will be kept no matter what, each week it will be a certain number of blocks being discussed, and posted, and talked about, no one will be jumping ahead to the following week because they've already done theirs. So it really won't matter.

I worry about the fast paced schedule every time I look at it, but I think that concern will be my motivator. If I think about this too much I begin to doubt myself about finishing. So on a happier note, let the party being. You know the one thing I wished they had added to this new format was a spell checker. I'm getting lousy at spelling. I find myself having to think of another word to use because I can't spell the one I want to use. How's that for changing the subject.

IT'S NOT WHEN YOU START BUT FINISHING THE RACE ,WHATEVER THE SPEED, THAT COUNTS.
I'm cheering for all of us.

Nope, I'm definitely not going to be able to start until January. I've too many other projects I'm desperately trying to finish first. Christmas seems to have snuck up on me this year.

I imagine I'll fall behind at some point, though that certainly isn't my plan. I know how it works though, life tends to interfere with my quilting! :P

Blue, just wanted to tell you thanks a million for the easy way to do circles and melon shapes. Also the idea for using silk thread to applique with. I actually used rayon from my embroidery thread but it worked so much better than the other. Thanks again!

the moderate doesn't want these threads in the swap section. she said they belong in the BOM section and has moved it here.

Technically, this isn't a swap - so the BOM probably is the best place for this thread.

doesn't matter to me where it is as long as everyone involved can find it.

I find it difficult to find things now, I'm not used to the new format yet. I will adjust though...I just look at "my watched topics" and that usually gets me to the DJ Cyber Block Party!!

Still not getting all the updates, but I found you anyway! Some strange things are happening to words when I go back to correct my spelling or spacing. I have not been able to pin point what is going on yet. Just another anomaly.
