Fried Onion Chicken

Two cups of French Fried Onions
Two tablespoons of flour
Four boneless chicken pieces
One egg, beaten

Put flour and onion in a zip lock bag. Mix and crush finely. Transfer to a pie plate. Put beaten egg in another pie plate. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg and then roll in the onion crumbs. Press firmly.

Bake at 400 for 30 – 35 minutes

I've never heard of French Fried Onion. Is it a packaged mix?

It is little pieces of fried onions in a bag and you add a bit of your own flour. It is in the canned vegetable isle.

Sounds good, will try it, but only after we get through our next few days of 90's plus high humidity weather we're having.
