Thank you for the tutorial! I used it on my Nov/Dec doll quilt, combined with three-d pinwheels (also found that tutorial on this board) and while I wasn't overly thrilled with my placement of the fabrics I think it turned out pretty good!

If you hadn't posted this I do not think I would ever have found it on the net, thanks again!

Deb I saw this block here and sawthe you tube video. This block is so much fun. I have about 30 done for a quilt. I used moda 5 inch squares that i wasn't sure what to do with and I taught my mom and she has a whole quilt top done. This is a great quilt for beginners as well as someone who needs to get the interest back again. thanks

Thank you for doing this tutorial. I just finished 2 in an hour and I am just learning.

I used this exact same block to make a 3-D tie wallhanging. I used three inch blocks. and the bow ties are actual ties that I cut up. It's one way to use this block.

What a grand idea... I have made bow tie quilts with the set in seams...this would be faster and it looks so good. Great Job!!
