I just came from Tuesday Morning. It was my first time there and I am shocked. I found so many good things - including some VERY nice fat quarter bundles from Westminster Fabrics. I was good and I didn't purchase them but I was so tempted.

I also found several Le Creuset Dutch Ovens, some beautiful Denby dishes (which I collect) and a few interesting quilting books. I also left those items at the store but I might have to sneak back for a couple of things. I'm seriously thinking of going to another store when my kidlet gets up from his nap.

I don't know why I've never been in there. I suppose it is because every time I driven by the store looks closed. I'm hoping to find one that has more craft stuff.

I went to the one in Lake Grove by Michael's on Middle Country Rd. The craft aisle in the back of the store - I don't remember which aisle number it was, though.

One of the bundles was $29.99 (more than 12 in the bundle), the Brandon Mably was $34 (at least 12 but maybe more in the bundle), then a jelly roll for $7.99 and some others. There were also smaller bundles which were not name brand fabrics that were much less expensive. They also had a fat quarter bundle of Be A Man. I was going to get it but I decided against it.

I love Tuesday Morning. I've found their fat quarter bundles hit and miss - some really good ones and some not so good. I've also found some nice, name-brand notions at really good prices. Lots of other good stuff too. Don't you just love a good bargain!

Tuesday Morning store is my favorite store. I shop there first when looking for specific items for my home. The sewing notions and pre cuts are by the candles in the store here. In another one close by they are in with the toys. I have learned to look for the items. I found Olfa cutting mats on the back shelf underneath the floor rugs. Laying flat so they wouldn't warp. I like the search to find a great bargain there.

I love it there too. They have a TON of good quilting and crafty stuff. I got a huge thread rack for $4!

Le Creuset is what you buy to last for several hundred years. I have my grandmother's orange Le Crueset skillet. I think it use to only be orange? I bought my girls a piece of Le Creuset for Vanentines Day every year since they turned 18. Now that they have homes of their own they really appreciate the Oh Mom gifts. LOL.

A relative bought us a La Crueset pot for a wedding present in 1972. Had never heard of it and honestly did not take care of it the way it should have be cared for. Still loved it for pasta sauce and especially chili. It finally lost its coating and I had to bid it a sad farewell around 1989.

If anyone here tells me that it is still good after the coating wears off, I think I might just go out ant scream!!
