    That was almost ***900*** cars stuck last night because of 3 accidents that occurred within 28 minutes of each other.

    Earlier today there were 300 left on LSD. As of the 5:00 news they still had 100 left to tow out.

    No one was hurt during any of it.

    I think Chicago authorities did a fine job!

    They just said there were still over 200 still out there. What a job! I think the authorities did a great job, too. They shouldn't be getting the blame for it. Everyone had three days warning. Luckly no one was injured or worse.

    If you live in Chicago...you know that LakeSD is iffy in the winter....so there is a big blizzard and they STILL drive on LSD...They are lucky that being stranded is all that happened.
    The waves wash over the road when the winds are really high.

    The officials were clearing the road from both ends and would meet at the middle. smart move.

    Yep. I agree, people don't heed warnings in many things they are told until it's to late.... then they realize it is true and are sorry.

    We are stocked up on food and things just pray our electricity doesn't go out.It has for many people though!
