Default sitting too long? Rocketeer exercise

When you have been sewing for a long time. it is good to stand and stretch and maybe even do some exercises and re-hydrate. I thought I'd offer a weightlifthing pic, I ( gasp) sold one this weekend.

Wow, You are good to do that! I can hardly drag them off the shelf. I looked at this pic and for a minute I thought you were making a lifting thing.ha,ha. Then I really looked and saw sewing machines. Wow, you Are tough.

But sadly, not to me! I'm currently in love with this model after I got my sweet 301 back in November.

Great picture though!

Dang... I only have One 301A. So do I have to buy another one in order to follow your Exercise Program??
Would using two 401A's work as well? I would have to take them out of the cabinets..
