Worst, I developed three bulging discs and a herniated disc that will require surgery some time after January 9.
Best, after living away from my home with my husband to help my unappreciative daughter while going through a divorce, I am back home. When the physical therapist said I needed an MRI I packed my stuff up, as much as I could of clothes, but most important was my sewing machine, and drove home 9 hours to my husband. I'm home, pain is under control, but I'm home.

Good health, great husband, new job. Roof over our head, food on the table. Good friends and family. I am blessed!

Best can't think of one. Worst ; dr sent me to hospital to find out the nature of the cells in a burst growth on my bust. It was the cancer area. Cells sent me for not cancer but still waiting for info on the right side. Going to hospital on Friday if possible by bus, if not neighbour will take me.
Oh well patience is required. I believe the not knowing is worse.

Worst watching my mom go down hill dealing with congestive heart failure and she contracted a very bad intestinal infection which nearly killed her.
Best is my mom was able to be home with the family for Christmas rather than in the hospital!

Worst -- My Dad passing away in July at our house while helping me quilt (he was doing the seam pressing as always)

Best -- Me being right beside him knowing exactly what happened and doing all I could for him...I didn't have the awful worry of "what happened to him"

Best of the Best - Having a wonderful husband that loved my Dad as much as I did and has been beside me in sadness and in happiness. Without his support and love it would have been even worse.
