Heard you guys were getting clobbered again! Sorry to hear it.
It's redicilous. All this heat and no rain. Even the trees and bushes are suffering.
OK I am  with envy!!!!!!!!!!! We have had rain for weeks. Oh yes the sun shines and the sky is blue at 9:30 at night. What good does that do!!!??? :? Some heat in the day time would be so nice! Trade ya!

Ok, I dont' know how hot it was in Central Florida today, as i didn't go outside. I stayed in bed. From the bed to the couch and ate and then back to one or the other.

I read one of my Catherine Cookson books. "The Hamilton's " I was enjoyning it so much that I just decided to read it all and I did. Did I mention I was retired? lol. I love it.

I didn't do a darn thing but read all day, how wonderful. One must have a day like this once in a while. I always stay so busy.

We are getting a few days of relief. Cooler weather. Wed. was very hot and humid. I'm a winter person. This is why we left So. Az. Dry heat is hot. I don't care what anyone says. 8-)

We have had really cool, unseasonable weather in Northern California.

Same here, temps have been ranging from 97 to 102. Heat indexes from 110-120. We got a rain last nite that cooled things down a little, but the power was off for about an hour- so it got 'warm' in the house. Ya can't have it all!!

    Lucky, lucky you!
What the heck is going on with all this crazy weather? It's not just here. Seems like it's world wide.

Heavens! I live on the coast in Rockport, TX now & heat index is "only" about 105 - 109! But.... at least we get a little breeze each afternoon which really helps to make it a little more bearable! I grew up in central Alaska, so I don't tolerate this kind of weather very well. I just tend to stay inside and try to sew for the most part! People (including my husband) tend to call me a hermit during this part of the summer!!!! I love the winters so much more here!
