I was going to suggest barn-raising, but it appears I'm too late. Can't wait to see what you decided!

If you don't have a design wall, then arrange them on the floor until you find a pattern shape you like.

Those colors are so gorgeous that whatever you do will be great! Suggestion: take pictures as you arrange them so you can look at all the ideas and chose AND remember what you did!

Okay I might have missed something........1. what size blocks did you make? 2. You said you had 55 gallon drum size of strips.......where in the world did you get all of those? or did you collect them. I love the way you are setting it with black.......and I love how you color coated or matched the hst's..........so nice.and I think I see some strips are different widths than others........I will flag this thread because I can't wait to see how you finished it.....love it...

The blocks are beautiful, nice to use up some scraps. Good luck with your quilt.

I do not have a design wall either, but I use a flannel backed plastic tablecloth. I lay it down on my bed and when I want to put it up, I leave my blocks there and fold it up neatly. It is wonderful.
