I am a bad swapper, I still have not mailed out the birthday candies. They are sitting on my table by the door to be mailed but for the last two days when I have headed out of the house I have forgotten them. Just like many of us things are just crazy around here. I promise that I will remember them as I head out to the airport tomorrow and drop them in the mail at the post office there.

Hi everyone , I just got home from my cruise and my mail is still at post office,can't get it until tomorrow so will let everyone know who's candies I have recieved tomorrow.

Today I got my mail and had so many cards and candies it was so much fun to open them

All thanks for your thoughts, hugs & prayers. They help. We have celebrated my SIL homegoing and all that is left is the healing part and helping my brother transition to single parenting. She had a beautiful ceremony all dotted with purple, her fave color.
I hope everything had a wonderful Thanksgiving and headed for a blessed Christmas holiday. To all with health ailments, loved ones with health ailments, I include you all in my corporal prayers. I hope all are doing better.
I am currently buried in fabric sewing for our family holiday dinner this coming Sunday. It was early this year. Oh well. Off to finish sewing.

Happy Birthday to our Dec Swappers I bet that 23rd has always been a tough one!!!
This is just the bestest swap ever!!! Thanks Barb for getting us all together.
My sis, Jeannie passed during the night of Dec 8th. In my Catholic faith that is a special feast day so I had to count that as a special blessing for her. Thanks all of you for your kind words. Yes I did sing that day at Mass then I helped with our Dec Senior Luncheon we had 84 guests - it was a great way to begin the healing.

I just want to say thank you for all of the healing words that you have given me and to everyone one else that is going through some very hard times. Daisy Dew I am so sorry for your loss, you and your family are in my heart and my prayers.
I am glad to see the birthday candies rolling in! yeah I feel like I have not been on the board as often as I would like but you remarkable women have carried on! Yeah!!!!
