The two November envelopes of treats were picked up by my friendly neighborhood postman. Speedy Delivery by Mr. McFeely, I hope!

Hi Ladies I am mailing candies in the morning. I am finally home and on the mend, after two surgeries a week apart then many days in the hospital and two weeks in a care center then doing nothing at home for 5 days. Oh life is fun when we feel good. I'm on my way.
I have not read about any of you since the 16th of last month, so if any of you are under the weather you have my prayers.

Oh Trish, the things we go thru to get healthy again! You are so correct in your statement about "life is good when we feel good" -- I need to appreciate it more. My worst surgery was 12 years ago when my retina detached and I wasn't sure about keeping the sight in one of my eyes. But I just dug deep and did what the doctors told me to. I can tell you have that spirit in you! Stay strong!

Updating my list of received squishes. I have a total of 32 (this includes Mizmelly).

I’ll post full list in the next few days. I figure a total of 34? Please correct me if this is wrong.

trish b I hope you are feeling better. Quilting hugs going your way.

I've got big news to share - DH and I are moving! When we got home from vacation, we both kind of felt like while it was great to be home, we'd really have "home" somewhere else.

So we now have a signed purchase agreement on a new home (We'll sell the current one after we move) and the best part is it has a 30x30 attached garage for DH, and it has a full upstairs (MIL apartment) for me! The "bedroom" is a perfect size for my LA and then there is the big living room for my sewing studio. I'll have a fridge and sink too. The laundry hookup is for a stacked set, so I'll skip that and use the main laundry for washing my fabric and finished quilts.

It's scary - but exciting too!
