Great packages, Nice purse, lovely flowers from so many. K~those are poppies, love the Ca. gold poppies!
Deadline to mail day and my package went out! So sp you are one of the ones still waiting. duh! So I'd suggest you hold off sitting on the bench peeps for another week as your package could have been mailed today.
For the one who said PO would not accept the address. Did you check the address with the usps web site especially for zip code. I had an address last summer that the person had the wrong zip code on the survey they sent to Lori, and when I checked on it to see if it was delivered it was in a totally different state-it was in the zip code given-since then when I address my package I go to usps.com and find a zip code and put it the street and city and state and see if they have the same zip as listed. Oh on my package when I saw it was mistaken, and Lori confirmed the corrected one, I emailed the Postal service explaining it, serv. rep. contacted sort facility and anyway they finally did get it delivered without returning it to me.whew.
Louise-I saw that Guidelines rulers in the Fab shop hop and thought it looked cool, I'll have to find your ? on the main area and see the replies.
Wow Ms.Cupid & gzlsvs how exciting we are all becoming 1st time grandmas together. When in the summer is yours due Ms.Cupid, mine is in later June?
Brenda if anyone accidently sends you black licorice you can regift it to me-I'll take care of it for you. And Ms Cupid another connection we have the same fave candy mmmm.

Jill -do you think he gave you the auto stirrer so you could be free for quilting instead of being stuck at the stove? Maybe it was a gift of love?
Well hope you all know you are loved. and happy Valentine's 15 min late.

I received the most generous sp gift from Quilty-Louise yesterday evening. It took me 1 1/2 hrs to get home from work due to the heavy rain but upon getting home and receiving it my frustration all washed away (no pun intended I cannot believe how she can pack so much into a parcel like she does and she's good at it. I received so many things that its so much to list. This evening when I get home I am going to take photos so that you all can see! Quilty-Louise THANK YOU SEW MUCH FOR ALL OF IT! They will definitely be used! Will post pic tonite!

Lucky me! I received the most delightful package yesterday from CLsurz - aka Carol! She said the post office said it was delivered ... but our system here is challenging to say the least! Last night as I was going through the mail, a key to one of the parcel boxes fell out ... I knew it had to be from her so I went out to the mail boxes and SURPRISE! The key wouldn't turn But DH went out with pliers and got that sucker to wrench open!

So here are the pix ...

Dang! First time this has happened to me! It says the upload failed ... grrrrr. OK. I'll try something else. Well, this is the only way to do it ... Picture One and Picture Two ... I had to upload to my storefront photo hosting and even then it wouldn't allow me to put them here. Oooo! Maybe this will work ...

    YAY!!!!

Anyway, Carol sent me the sweetest mug with a little teddy and some Lindt chocolates that I can apply directly to my hips. Yum! An adorable lolly bouquet that is too pretty to eat, popcorn chips, Avon foot cream (how did she know I have the most awful paws and claws east of the Mississippi?), a gorgeous woven ribbon journal that will immediately replace my flood-lost veil design and swatch book, Black Silk Coffee - which I love, just ran out of, and use in my Keurig - if coffee doesn't grow hair on your chest, it isn't coffee , a collection of bag designs (without zippers - thank you since I am a sissy when it comes to zippers!), the most gorgeous yardage that will be used in an art quilt I'm planning, and Paula Deen's Home Cooking. She was so sweet and hoped to go to Savannah to get it autographed, but it didn't work out since Paula and her boys are on the road promoting all their new goodies. (As an aside, I was hoping to make a video and write to Paula to ask her help. Before the flood I was scrimping and saving to give my son tuition to Culinary School as a wedding gift -- and now that is impossible. When I looked in Walmart for an inexpensive set of pots to replace our sewage encrusted ones, I picked up some from her line and that got me thinking. Since Paula cooks with her son, I thought, who better to ask for help in finding him a scholarship? So I will try. Can't hurt.)

Anyway, thank you so much! You were so thoughtful and I love it all.

Well I'm glad you like it all!

Regarding the coffee I remember eons years ago when I was in the Marine Corps being stationed at MCAS, Futeuma, Okinawa and being there only a couple weeks went for a cup of coffee one day some Marine had made and without thinking said "oh my God this coffee is so strong it'll grow hair on my chest" and you should have seen the looks on their faces. My being the only female Marine there and with all those men I'm sure they were wondering about weather it would or not. LOL

I did check the zip and the city/state is correct. I don't know why they won't accept it. I print my postage at home and the mail lady picks my packages up. I may just have to bite the bullet and go stand in that long line at the post office if I can't figure this out. Lori is checking for me. LOL My pal will definately know who her SP is here shortly. She is a pretty savy at guessing who her pal is anyway.
