(doing the happy dance!!) I got my bricks today and they are beautiful! Thanks, Quilting G for taking the time to put this all together for us and to everyone else for contributing to this swap. What fun fabrics!!! Don't forget to post pictures of the quilt you make with these!!!

Another THANX to Quilting G for organizing this swap. It was a great idea that I'm sure will bear a lot of fruit. I'm always on the lookout for projects that are quick and easy for needs that come up unexpectantly. And I really like idea that use up stash items rather than having to buy more fabric. Now that Walmart has gone out of the business, it tends to get rather pricey for a hobby.

And I'm sure we all really appreciate your taking the time to send out this swap with all the problems going on at home. You and your family are definitely in my thoughts and prayers.

I can't wait to see pix of completed quilts. It would be great if we could do this swap periodically to keep our stashes cleaned out and put to good use.

I can't wait to get the bricks. This is so fun. The whole process. Sending the material, and getting the material. Then to top it off I get to make a project. YEAH!!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work in putting this together. I will be praying for you and your family....

Well I have not yet received mine but sending them to Canada tends to take a little extra time. We can give it a few more days and see what happens.

I received mine earlier this week. It's been a rough week at work (I work in the office at Canandaigua Academy - you might have read about this week's tragedy in a thread from barnbum), so haven't been on much. I haven't counted mine, but I can. Am also happy to send more on to anyone who is short.
