Good news!
GracefulAnn's package just cleared customs and is on its way now. It should be in my hands next week. That's really going to cut into my sewing time if all the pieces take three weeks to arrive. Please forgive my lack of creativity as I rush to add something ..... anything.... in order to mail forward and keep to the schedule.

I washed the fabric with cold water and dripped dry, just to let you know. I always worry that a red will run and make the white pink-- I didn't see any bleeding, so hopefully it will be okay. So here is a little progress picture. I've made 4 of these blocks. The reds I chose were all darker than the center, so I decided to add a little bit of a lighter red.

I've got another week left. I feel a little overwhelmed with extra time for this round. :-) How about everyone else? Except for b.zang who is fighting the mail time, it feels like most of us are moving along. Does anyone want to cut the next round's time from the 4 weeks to 3 weeks? Let me know your thoughts about that?

Since I am mailing to bzang I will mail early to help with her quilting time. I don't have a lot of extra pokers in the fire right now (since I'm suppose to take it easy) and I can focus on the blocks when I receive them. I can have a turn-around time of two weeks without sacrificing quality. I'll be posting soon.
