Just seeing the stitching is what i love about whole cloth quilts. I love the colors of fabric and quilted but a lot of the stitching get lost in the quilt. Please send it to me for i will love it forever.

I love your quilt I was thinking maybe you should make a bed runner to put on the foot of the bed that is colorful. You will then just LOVE IT....

Your work is lovely so don't be disappointed. Maybe some cushions to match the backing might lift it more for you. I think its lovely.

That is what a whole cloth quilt is supposed to be about..very subtle but beautiful...I just bought one on my quilt trip and cant wait to do it...even machine quilting like I do will take awhile...I think its beautiful and just remember that is what its supposed to look like so you did great!

I like the backing fabric that you chose and I really, really love your quilting. It does show up. Sometimes, we are our own worst critic, and I count myself among them. You did a fantastic job, and should be proud of all your hard work. Maybe if you put it away for a little bit, then bring it out again, you will see what a wonderful creation you have made. It's beautiful.

Oh, I think it's gorgeous! I LOVE whole cloth quilts!

I think you will be happier with it when you have light coming at it from the side, such as a lamp on the night stand next to the bed. Any time you have side lighting, the quilting shows up much better. Your work is beautiful, and I hope you will grow to love this quilt over time.

Oh my goodness, it's GORGEOUS! I can see your quilting patterns clearly and they're stunning. I think maybe your eyes got used to the extra definition given by the blue marker and you're missing that. Give it time and I hope you'll love it again. Make sure you label it for future generations.

Hope all these positive comments will help you like your quilt better. It is beautiful and so much love & labor went into this I hope you can find enjoyment in it. I have bad eyes and I can see all your stitches just fine..

I think it is absolutely gorgeous. Maybe you're just accustomed to colorful quilts, and just need to get used to the simplicity of a wholecloth. I just think it is beautiful. You did a wonderful job. What an heirloom! If you DO decided to do another, maybe if you'd like to see the quilting more use an off-white thread, or maybe a varrigated one? GREAT job. We are so proud of you!!
