Ricky Tims also sells Freezer paper on his website. It's larger than freezer paper from the grocery store. www.RickyTims.com and he's also a co-host of The Quilt Show with Alex Anderson. You can find freezer paper in their Shoppe and I know they ship worldwide. www.thequiltshow.com

It's fabulous. For me it would be a lot of work. For you, I hope it is too enjoyable to be called "work". Your VW drawing is most impressive.

It's freezer paper (to wrap things in before you put them in the freezer); it can be bought in the paper and plastic bag products aisle in the grocery store. I know Reynold's makes it, but don't know who else. One side is treated, shiny and slick (that's the side that goes up against the food, such as raw meat) and the other side is ordinary paper that you can write on. It works well in applique as templates and in paper piecing because you can draw on the ordinary side and, with the slick side down on your fabric, when you press it with a hot iron, it sticks to the fabric. It can be easily removed and can be used repeatedly for applique.

Fantastic! Wow! I love what your work.

And I have a big roll of freezer paper just sitting in my drawer. I've used just a tiny bit. Let me know if you can't find it.

If you go to C. England's site http://www.englanddesign.com/ there are videos which explain the freezer paper method she uses They each take some time to download, but are worth watching. There are 13, I believe.
