This is definitely something that I need to do! I have been cleaning out my sewing stash all this week and unearthed the UFOs. Resolution this year is to work on quilt UFOs and finish up the knitting UFO stash too. Youngest kid is planning on moving out soon so sewing room will soon be mine, instead of taking over the kitchen to sew.

I am so glad there are people like me out there. Maybe this will inspire us to finish some of these projects.

I am in! Have about 4 or 5 started to finish and 4 that I have promised that haven't even been started yet. Guess I need to get busy.

I'm in. It seems like I make a resolution every year to fiish my UFOs but then get started on a new quilt. Thanks for the inspiration.

The first UFO I am going to finish is my DGS's orange quilt. I have all the strips cut, but am intimidated when I start choosing the ones to sew together. It's to be a scrappy tube type in a pattern I drew up myself. But now I am having second thoughts about my ability to pull off the pattern.... and just what is the best way to do it. LOL. I just need to jump in with both feet and my eyes shut and get busy on it. I know it will all work out in the long run.

It sounds really fun. I am excited to see it. Just take a deep breath and go for it.

Count me in. This is so timely. My quilt group met on Saturday and we decided to spend the 1st 6 months finishing our WIPs (Work In Progress). I'm going to spend this week straightening up my sewing room and get it organized again. Then I can post my list of WIPs.

I'm very new here but I certainly will try! I have one very large project to get done. I won't commit to all my UFO's, but I will start with the largest of them all. My daughters Memory Quilt. It should have been done for her high school graduation this past June, 2010. Ok, I have until January 31st to finish it. I best get going!
