    ANGIE’S SCALLOPED CORN


    1 CAN SWEET CORN
    1 CAN CREAMED CORN
    8 0Z. SOUR CREAM
    1 STICK BUTTER
    1 BOX CORN BREAD MIX

    MIX AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES

    Kathleen it is soooo good! She brings it to family dinners and it is never enough! My family all love it.

    My friend came back from her son's with a similar recipe....but....so far we haven't been able to find the corn bread mix or muffin mix here in Canada....I did a little juggling of flour & cornmeal & came up with a yummy dish....but if anyone knows of a source here in BC would love to hear of it.
