What is your favorite vegetable, and what is your favorite recipe for it?

fresh baby spinach. I love it in my salads and sandwiches. This morning I sauted some up with a premade sausage patty, fried egg with cheese on one of those sandwich thins! YUM

I also love fried cauliflower. The florets dipped in egg then italian bread crumbs fried in oil! (don't eat that very often)

I also like the italian style green beans with garlic powder, pepper and a smig of butter.

    K024,
How do you cook your beets. I would love to buy them raw and do something with them. What I normally do is put some red wine vinegar and sliced onion with a can of sliced beets and pickle them. Those are so yummy! Right now the place I love to get my produce has a 5 lb bag for $1.99. I should bit the bullet and get em'!
