Default Two new "old" sewing machines

These are new to me, but my MIL has had them for years. They are getting ready to move to a smaller home, and she asked me if I'd like these. Once I saw them, I said YES!

First is a "Wards Brunswick". This one isn't terribly old, because it's electric. I would love more info on it, if anyone knows approximate age, etc.

It belonged to my husband's grandmother (MIL's mother).

The second one is better, to me--an old treadle machine, a Minnesota Model A. This one was my MIL's grandmother's, I believe. Again, if anyone can provide approx. age, etc., it would be helpful!

They are wonderful additions to my sewing room decor! Thanks for looking!

Beautiful!! Check out Treadle Lady dot com. She has some great You Tube videos showing how to wind the long bobbins and then how to load them into the shuttle.

ETA the links:

I highly recommend her little booklet, too, it contains lots of helpful info.

Nice machines. I have a few dated serial numbers on the Minnesota A, which is located on the front slide / bobbin plate. Offhand, looks like 1910 or a little later made by Davis.

My that's so amazing. Love the old treadles. Have 5 of them. Bought 3 at same auction. Needed cleaned and some TLC. Still getting the hang of running these.

They are both gorgeous. But I don't know nothing about them.

I have a couple Minnesota A's D365xxxx dating to 1912. The A was given a face lift in 1910 so I'd put your machine around 1910-1911.
