Thank you Mirium. Great info to have as my search begins for a hand crank in excellent condition. Oiling I can do but removing rust - not anymore. Just to keep on sewing as long as I can

I haven't been in this thread for awhile so sorry if my memory doesn't serve me right. I would pick up this machine for the person that wants a Pink sewing machine and I can ship it to you. Or if you are in Nebraska will be there next week can do it as carry on luggage.

What a generous offer! Pink is not for me, but I like the design of the machine. Merry Christmas!

They want way to much to have to ship it anywhere - locally maybe.

Have you seen this post http://www.quiltingboard.com/links-r...ml#post6469004 ?

I downloaded it on my devices since it is free. I was amazed at how much it covers on sewing machines, including vintage machines. You will want to take a look at it for sure.

    Merry Christmas!

Can someone tell me how to download it to my computer? It only gives the choice of kindle and I don't have one of those.
