The 301 with the short bed will go into a Singer cabinet,
the longer bed 301 won't fit. You also need the cradle to mount the machine into the cabinet. Here's a picture of the cradle for the 301.

What a super day. I didn't realize that a 301 was such a great machine. I turned one down awhile back because I wanted a 99. Oh well..
