Beautiful, and even the case is lovely. I hope you find everything you need to get it running...I don't think it should be too much of problem to get it rewired. Good Luck.

She's a beauty! My Momma worked at Western Electric...never knew they had a 'brand' of sewing machine. I would love to have one!

Aww, thanks everybody! She is a beautiful machine! We got her fixed up and working well, but stil need to find a few things for her. My DH's aunt even found a box of attachments after all.

I too drool over the photos of vintage machines here on the QB!

Yup, but it was only for a short while. My SIL and I found that eBay sometimes has Western Electric sewing machines. In fact, there are 4 listed at this very moment. That would be a wonderfully sentimental machine for you to remember your Momma by.
