This cabinet looks to be in very good shape but the machine, not so much. Seems steep at $350. http://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/atq/3566859241.html

I have that same cabinet with a 127-3 in it but got it for $100. The only issue with mine is the center drawer won't stay in the cabinet. I need to repair that.

I saw a wreck of an old Kenmore today, in regular small cabinet, for $125 at a sale. I laughed. Then, I look on CL today and see this...500 bucks for a treadle, broken, minus machine.

I figure they all suck - stick with your 411G, Tammi. Then go pay to have any embroidery you want done... LOL I haven't found any embroidery I want done or I would pay someone to do it. Much cheaper than buying a machine that would make me crazy. But my guess is you just want one to take apart and play with.

LOL! You might have something there. :) Learning how to do free motion embroidery is on my bucket list, but in reality, I don't think I've had a lot of things I've looked at recently that I've thought " You know what would finish that up just right? An embroidered design right there..." Though I do love the little featherweights you see on the covers sometimes...
