Very nice picture of the back. It's a shame the picture of the front is such poor quality. Antique from 1952??!!??
I meant to behave......but there were too many other options

I beg to differ with the characterization of a 1952 Singer as antique. I was born in 1952 and I am vintage, not antique. And I am worth waaaaaay more than $500.
I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

This is the funniest one I have seen lately!

    http://lubbock.craigslist.org/atq/3068315837.html

Since it comes with a manual, it is too bad the seller didn't take a look at how this "sewing machine" works.

I told her to sue him. She said EBAY will be contacting me about it. It is a good thing I showed it to my DH. I really would have like that machine but not for $458 and shipping. Just because Fed Ex made a mistake sending to the wrong people was no reason for him to damage the machine and the send it back to her. And he made a mistake too. He sent me someone else's machine. The lady on QB did get hers from me that he sent to me and she sent mine to me, so we were both happy campers over the mistake being taken care of, but not this guy.

sorry, but sounds like BS to me...wood would NOT be warped that fast...somebody is just trying to get that machine for free!

did you NOT take pix when you received it?
