LOL it will be it's own thread... after Saturday. I'm sure it will be quite a story because so far it is a good one. It's been quite a week.

Oooh fun! I look forward to hear more about it Miriam!

Everywhere lol! I got the shelving last night and where I thought it was plywood, it's chipboard. Big day ahead helping my teen clean his room and trade shelf racks with him.
The one in his room is stronger.

I put them under the bed...seriously. Sometimes I have to turn them on their sides. I usually put them in a plastic bin w/cover to protect them from those dust bunnies that live under there.

In the garage, in closets, under the sewing tables, in the living room, in the bedroom. No place is safe! Well maybe the bathrooms, LOL

8 treadles, 7 hand cranks, and 2 electric desk units in my living room,

4 treadles, 2 hand cranks, and 5 heads in my Bedroom (+4 parts heads in the closet)

1 treadle, 4 full iron sets assembled but in storage, and 5(ish) parts heads in garage

Then there are my daughters machines in her room.....

All over the place!!! I must be doing a pretty good job at it though. My husband keeps telling people I have a lot of sewing machines. He goes "I know she's probably got 12." There are 36. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh The kids seem to have a better idea than my husband. Problem is retired in November, so it has put a damper on things. Although I just bought the last one a few weeks ago. It was at an estate sale, certainly didn't need it and it wasn't on my wish list. No price, so I asked how much they wanted for it and she said $5. May daughter goes "Give me the keys, I'll go make room in the car". It was a Singer 306.
