16th Mystery Quilt Train Ride Begins Now!

And yet another question...JUDY... Would it be ok to make this scrappy? I mean some of my favorite blenders are just one yard pieces or less, so would it be ok to use two or three different ones in the same color family... like five fat quarters in different tot whites? Or three kinds of similar prints for the medium or dark? I hope this makes sense!

Thanks Jan! I agree that that change is much better; I hadn't considered the cream with that set and like it a lot. Actually I like both of them better now. I appreciate your help. I love your quote from the Guilty Quilter as well as the love of retirement so we can enjoy all this fabric fun.

JUDY... Changed my mind on your choices... Actually I like your D set best, but I would take out the solid green and replace it with the green from set B. Then I'd replace that one in set B with the third (brownish-burgundy) fabric from set A. Just a thought... having fun looking at your fabrics.

I LOVE these fabrics! Who is the vendor?

Good morning, everyone.
Mary Great green fabrics but am worried the light may not be light enough, or the dark is not dark enough. The next clue will let you decide.
Angelia and Jan - I don't think this will work as a scrappy.
Jan Yes, it would be a great Q of V if you can make it a little bigger. The 9" of sashing is for a small outer border. And no reason you need red for a Q of V. A woman in my group makes lots of Q of V in various colors and not always r/w/b.
Carol all your fabrics are great, and the teal print will be fine, it is busy enough. Not sure what you meant about the brownish print. Did you think about using the brown, the brown print and the yellow?
