Sharon, I am thinking about using my clay, which I currently only have(and have ever used) Fimo and Sculpey, to make beads and buttons and I might make bracelets or necklaces from the beads, or just send them all to Mdall to do something with... Not sure. I like the shinier beads for my own use, so really like the glass and silver stuff, but I do want to make jewelry at some point. I need to get some shiny finish modge podge

And as I previously mentioned, I am an office supply addict soooo yes.. wallets definitely come out much lighter if I go in there. hehe. Yaaayyyy I'm getting lots of adopted mommiessss... So.. when will the goodies be coming? jk

Sorry for the day long delay - but here is the incredible package I received from my darling buddy, Brenda! What a treat! I can't thank her enough!

First I saw her return address on the package and was puzzled ... then as soon as I opened it I saw a funny little card that said,
"Hello there" and had a good chuckle.

    Inside was a
gorgeous button box that Brenda made. Truly my photos don't do it justice. It is so adorable with so many little details. She is one talented lady. The placement of each piece is perfection.

Inside there was white thread, red rick rack, the most adorable little ornament made from a wine cork with a sweet little teapot hanging from it, a little lace doily hair clip (wish you could see it better, but it is so unique), some red pins, the much coveted puppy scissor fob, a beautiful jewel encrusted stilleto, and bees wax and a holder.

Then there was yardage of the most scrumptious holiday fabric with rich jewel tones and some metallic highlights -- again -- so much more beautiful than my photo.

AND ... pinked squares of fabric in hues of apricot. Love them!

AND ... a cute Autumn welcome sign

AND ... saving the best for last ... no, that's not true because it's ALL the best ... three vintage aprons ... which I collect.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Brenda!

Fayzer sent me the best package. Sorry it took so long to post it. I got a Emergency Sewing Kit, material, pin cushion, recipe cards, fray check, jeweled accents a Quiltmaker magazine and some doggy treats. Sorry the treats are not in the pic, the dogs loved them. Fayzer I cracked up when I read that you ate your lemon at your meeting.

Still have not heard from my other SP, I know she got her package on the 10th but sure haven't heard anything and haven't seen anything posted on here.

How can 1 person have so many dear friends whom they've never met in person? To have 1 friend you are truly rich, I am so overwhelmed to have so many on this board. My heart-felt love and many thanks go out to all of you who put your heart and soul into making this quilt for me. I am truly Blessed to have each and every one of you as my friend and I love each and every one of you! I am proud to show this board what you all did for me. And I would like to say I have 5 more treatments to go!

I'm a little worried about my second parcel. My first one arrived in Nebraska on Tuesday or Wednesday and I haven't heard a cheep about the second one. They were both posted at the same time........
