Chasezzz: Thanks!
Petuniaflowers: Pretty block and cute mice!
Libster: I like your color combinations!
Here is my The Stanley block:
Connie
It looks brighter in person and shows more contrast in person. .

Such pretty blocks everyone. I love them all
My blocks are in the brain thinking stage. I will make at least one later this week. Hopefully I will be able to post pics. Having issues sending pics from my i-pad after I updated my apps last week. Or it could have to do with the new i-phone 8 coming out. I hear if we update our devices, the older devices will use up battery time faster. This usually last until apple makes changes.

I decided to zigzag with black thread around my 'The Stanley' block pieces because I liked my block but it needed something to break up the colors that were too similar. I used Tear-A-Way stabilizer to keep the block the correct size while I zigzagged. I am so glad I am doing a BOW with my LQS because I have had lots of practice appliquing so that's why I thought of using a simple decorative stitch. .

You may need to make it bigger to see the zigzags.

Wow! It's amazing how that black zigzag stitching makes the components of your block separate and POP! I'm going to have to remember this one for later use when needed. Thanks for sharing this tip.

Connie and Petunia, both of your blocks are beautiful but the fabric made such a difference in their appearance I had to check to make sure it was the same pattern. I hope to make mine tomorrow. I have been having major computer ever since I upgraded to Windows 10. If you haven't already upgraded; DON'T. It is like a virus that takes over your computer and changes everything. We are having heavy rain today and I feel for the people with heavy roof damage. I have gotten a lot of hand quilting done this week if nothing else.
