JaKnits, yes I have been searching also. Davis did indeed make the Standart machine. Your Standart take a Davis long which is a Boye #10 -- you can get them on E-Bay.

The needles is about 1 7/8" long.

Here is the ISMACS needle chart I have been looking for! Still can't find any information on my New Home T No 3 needle size! Darn!

With the rest of the machine, I had to slide off parts and oil on the red dots, which were also noted in the instruction booklet. The only reason I worry about the motor is because there was an addendum at the end of the oiling section talking about oiling the motor every six months (daily use only) or yearly.

Oh, what a fun thread! I just inherited this old Singer form my husband's aunt, but haven't actually tried it out yet.

I used to have vintage Singers and an Elna, but sold them when I moved, and up until now only had a modern Janome.

I didn't find any kerosene in the house when I was going to clean an old machine, but got to thinking that I had lamp oil, so I looked it up on line, and it is refined kerosene. I tried it carefully on one spot and it loosened up the old dried oil, so I did the rest of the parts with it! Saved me a trip to town!. I have the lamp oil for a lantern in case the power goes out.

You will need a 206x13 needle and it uses fashion disks. The 319W machines had a short production time, 1955-1957 and were made at the old Wheeler and Wilson facility. Cool looking machine to use in a treadle. Sorry can't help you on which bobbin case is used.
