Not only do I do this with the free stuff, but I down load all the videos I can for future reference. Then I save everything to an external hard drive in case my computer crashes.

Oh my, I may be classified as a hoarder, I have sooooo very much in the way of patterns, fabric and all kinds of books and crafty stuff. I'm probably going to die before I use it all. But it has been fun collecting.

I've never availed myself of free patterns before but now that you've warned me that they aren't forever free, I might have to re-think that!

I do too!! I haven't bought a quilt book in several years. You can find almost any pattern on line. I also have a subscription to American Patchwork and Quilting......that's all I need. :thumbup:
