Yes, Carrie, it is the same DD that has the five year old DGS. I sent her this note:

JeanieG, I am glad that you are having fun for all us here...weatherman has put that d---- S--- back in our forecast!

Thank you all for your kind words. Take care. I am working on DJ....only I am not calling her 'dear'.

Great job Anael ... Looks like you are having fun!!! The dark green is working really nice for this ... and surprising how well it is against the darker blocks too.

DublB ... I;m confused ... the link takes me to a page with several different fabrics. And several different prices.

OKSGlad ... good to see you have some time for bird watching!

The birds were singing merrily outside my window this morning and I thought, silly birds ... you;re going to regret it tmro when we get another dump of snooooooooooow! Yup! .... I think I might have to declare a SnEw day ... might be the last chance this year. At least I can hope for that!!

QNSue ... so sorry for the loss of that wee one. I'm sure all your hearts are broken.

JeanieG ... I was thinking this was about the time you would be camping! ENJOY!!!!!!

QNS I too lost a baby over 21 years ago. I take comfort that when my loved ones that have passed away they git ta rock my baby. OK I really don't know how heaven works & my baby might be all grown up. He might have been instantly grown or might have grown as he would have here. He might have stayed a baby, I just don't know. I just like thinkin' o' my DGDad, DDad, DFIL, of DMIL gittin' ta rock my baby. I do know that they git ta see my baby & the other babies in my family that died in the womb. There are a lotta 'em.

    QNS...so sorry for your loss.
    Carrie...beautiful top from your retreat.
Anael...more blocks coming. Love what you have already.
i feel like a bear coming out if hibernation! I've had another week of being housebound but this time from a bad cold. I finally got to the grocery store and sewing room yesterday. I'm starting to get my legs back and have some energy. It's snowing now but it won't stay long since the ground is mostly thawed. Have a good one!
