Beautiful and applause for SBG and JeanieG! Way to go. I down loaded the remaining clues and filed them close to my computer! Love the way each of did your quilts. More applause! Very nice, and colorful.
DH has tossed his 'discharges' or 'throwaways' for find a new home for his 'stuff' that is now in the hallway, wondering 'if' he can clean it all up before I finish putting the living room into better shape. Since I have no plans to work on the LR, he has lots of time to 'wonder'! He has some shelves to move, hanging quilts to take down, etc., in his room. I wonder how long it will satisfy him, the arrangement he has now???? Mysteries of life.
OK, it sounds like Mr. OK scored big with a new chair! And what major thing did you get that you wanted??

Here is my layout.

I changed the way the FG point, the sashing to brown & the cornerstones to teal. I will do it on point as I love the way these look on point. I have been working on the 6" sampler & didn't want to do anything scrappy so I went w/yardage. Grunge yardage. I am gonna have to buy some more brown. Yesterday, after I got the lay out, I went ahead & sewed my FG together. I now need to press my shaded 4patches.

Grunge has been very popular..It has a great matching capability with subtle color variances.
I have 7 flimsies paired with backings (2 are BH), 1 flimsy I need to get backing fabric, and the outer border to put on my little house quilt, "Nothing But Blue Skies" as well as finish quilting the last 2 borders on the "Crazy horses" quilt...guess I should confess this on the UFO thread!
Work tomorrow and Friday and have bookwork in between....thanks for sharing the BH mystery

The quilt is looking good, Bev. I love seeing different ways of putting the blocks together and different layouts. Thanks for the picture and keep us updated. Have you posted on the Mystery Quilt thread? Lots of variations there.

Yes, QNS - saw that Tiger Lily - not a fan of orange. I cannot wear orange at all, so really shy away from it even in my quilting. Isn't it funny how you veer toward colors that you know look good on you!

I so understand about the orange, Jeanie. I've never been fond of it either, and have 2 Gsons that love it!
QNS...here's a few of the Grunge fabrics from Moda fabric. They have a new polka dot line that's kind of fun, too.
