AAAAhhhh Anael I was doing great with no chocolate in the house and then you post that pic, I want chocolate and I want some now Dare I ask but are they local chocolates and very very special in some way (other than just being chocolate) Now I won't say the C word anymore today......
Thank goodness the shops are shut..
Tristan Threads list the weight of the threads, isn't that neat. 6 spools fit into a $18.95 bag but if I add another spool it jumps to $54.95.. 6 at a time will be fine
The good news keeps coming on our little angels, praying that the test results are negative..
Started quilting DD's Card Tricks today, used 3 bobbins and I can't see where I've been, will tackle it again tomorrow.
Everyone in the snow I hope you are safe and warm...

Mirabelle, I just did a search and found this pic I just ran some errands and didn't buy C, how brave LOL
Thanks for the info on the Tristan Threads. Funny how the shipping costs jump that high.
It's cold outside, as far as I'm concerned I can stay home till Sunday afternoon. Just sewing and quilting

Thank you Carrie. I don't know which size smocks will fit so I made small ones, middle ones and large ones. I guess the large ones won't fit for a while though. They're the size of my hand now and that means the small ones will fit. Neither Bram nor Isa are allowed to wear cloths yet but I hope very soon.
I made the hats in different heights this time. 3 of them are a bit larger but the smaller ones will fit now. They only differ 1 " in width. I love the striped fabric

I got home last night from the latest round of riding herd on the grandkids from the south. I am home for a little more than 2 weeks before we go down for the hopefully last round.
Anael, I was so happy to read your good news and see your wonderful creations for those little ones. I remember well the ups and downs when my grandson was a tiny preemie in the Special Care Nursery. I will keep thinking of you.
I will not be able to keep up with this thread because I am going to be living in my sewing room for the next little while. I have a few labours of love to get working on.
My husband offered to do the grocery shopping this morning so that I can go and look for some special fabrics at the LQS. I promised my grandson ( the one who was preemie) and is now 8 that he could come over for the afternoon. I looked after him 3 days a week from when he was 1 to 3.5 so we have a special bond. My DIL told me he kept asking when I was coming back so that is good for the ego.
Hi and hugs to everyone.
Janie

Good hearing from you Janie; sounds like you are going to have a great day. Best of the best.
Anael, you have been busy sewing for our sew grands!! Great results. Good news on the twins...we all love the good news. Great looking Chocolate!! Calorie free, of course!
We have snow, but forecasters say it will be freezing rain on Monday...that I would love to pass on; hate icy conditions.

So glad the SewGrands are improving daily. Yes it makes one pause when a NICU baby doesn't make it. There is a sadness all around. And what lovely wardrobes they have! Anael you have been sew busy; and it makes you feel like you are helping and thinking positively.
Ah good thing chocolate is not a four letter word!
What a nice guy your DH is Janie--doing the grocery shopping so you can look at fabric eye candy. Guess he's a keeper!
Have a couple of fellows here today. They are looking for consignments for a sale in Missouri. DH was ready to send 20 off at any time. Love the weather and snow. He claims February is the worst month of the year even though it's the shortest. Seems anything that can go wrong will. Going to make a big batch of potato soup just in case they are here at dinner time.
