Beautiful, lovely young quilter, DD, showing off a well-done quilt; you have a lot to be proud of there. Was it you that was going to show us a MB?

Oh DD, what a cutie that little one is. She did an amazing job on her quilt.

I am nursing Bronchitis and a sinus infection. I went to the Dr. yesterday with a bad cough, then this morning my head got all congested. I'm miserable! So if I am quiet, you will know why. Wish this Z Pack would kick in!!!!

Get them hooked early, DD. What a cutie and her quilt is adorable. Love the grin on her face!

Anne & QNS I'm so jealous of anyone that can grow beautiful flowers--awesome. And what a great block OK made for you Anne, very pretty.

Jeanie, feel better but stay away from the Benadryl (Ask DD & I about that!!!)

It's early but I'm off to bed (I lead such an exciting life that I go to bed at 9:15 LOL)

Hello Ladies---you've been chatty today. Lots of great pictures...more flowers, quilts and blocks.

Here is the brownie recipe for those interested:

1/2c butter
2oz unsweetened chocolate (we use 6T cocoa and 2T oil)
2 eggs
1c sugar
1 t vanilla
3/4c flour

Grease 8x8 pan; set aside. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat stir in eggs, sugar, vanilla. Using wooden spoon beat lightly till combined. Stir in flour.

Bake at 350 for 25-30min.

Peanut Butter Frosting
1/2c butter
1c peanut butter
2c powdered sugar
3T milk add as needed when mixing frosting.

This is good on apples and graham crackers too.

I think, QuiltE, we had a senior moment....DD had posted the MB!! Sorry, DD...thanks for the correction.

Jeanie, I hope you get to feeling better. Rest helps. Hope your home is progressing to getting fixed.

Yes, I love flowers, by the bunch. We are well known as the "flower" place.

Roxanne's Log Cabin quilt (wedding gift) is finished. The cream really stands out in the picture, but blends pretty well IRL. I also got the bad borders removed from the crazy quilt to get it ready for when the airplane quilt it is done since that will be my next project.
