Beautiful, QuiltE, beautiful. Love those colors, quite colorful all together and all Canadian. Anyone heard any more from Janie ?
Honchey, that picture gives me ideas on how to find a home for more of my scraps that are covering my sewing table right now... between the orphan blocks finding a home shortly, and etc., its going to make the quilt room look better yet.
Love my new 550 Bernina, it is quilting my placemats exactly like I have dreamed for two or three years...finally it is happening and making me so happy.
Acupuncture is what dh has done on every chiro treatment, and he says it helps him. He does do better after treatments and has progressed since he started them.
Bought home the list of ingredients to try out the pie recipe.

Mercyland - my father had Parkinson's Disease and they sent him for accupuncture. I am talking over 30 years ago, when accupuncturists were hard to find. It really helped him for his tremors, but he stopped going after a while because he had to travel 50 miles one way to get there. Also my daughter had accupuncture for her carpel tunnel, and that worked really well, she did not need surgery after that. That is my only experience with accupuncture.

I agree with gardnergal - QuiltE's quilter did a marvelous job (again) with her PC Quilt. She really knows how to bring out the best in each block!
Gardnergal - I have been waiting a week for a check from the Insurance Co. so work can begin on the restoration of my kitchen and living room. I cannot believe they don't overnight something like that!

I'm home!! Long trip, it's thundering and lightening and forecast of hail, 'cause we just haven't had enough moisture lately.
Just when I was ready to curl into the fetal position and pull the covers over my head, the postie arrived, with not one, but two gorgeous blocks from QNS just overflowing with thoughtfulness.
Thanks you so very much, QNS. I promise to get pictures on here tonight, but first I have to get some laundry going, throw something on for dinner and get important plants protected 'cause we're in for another bad one.
It's so good to be home.
