I have to say it is a wonder I managed to do ANY sewing - with the Olympics at the moment. It has all been so exciting - I have loved it all - and it closes tomorrow. Will definitely watch the closing ceremony - hope it is as good as the opening one !! I go to my monthly Dear Jane meeting tomorrow in a lovely village hall about 40 minutes drive away. It is in a very quaint English village with just the village green - the Church and the Public House. There must be a little shop for necessities - but I haven't found it yet LOL. Gladys I lov your clock. All of the blocks are so beautiful. I am looking forward to getting back to my DJ. I haven't touched it in a month. I am soooooooo far behind. I will hopefully get back to it in about a week. My son and daughter in law are here visiting from Japan My son in in the Navy and has been here for a month.

Hi all,
I am "trying" to do this block and I am having trouble with the TINY triangles!! Any tips please. ? I have tried foundation piecing them - TWICE and they ended up in the bin - wonky !! I would like to applique them - but they are so small - I would appreciate any help, Thanks so much, DottyD. |
