I understand this completely, I own my own business and my husband is retired, I cook almost every night when I get home, and he takes out the trash, I'm sure many women feel that way, but I always say that I would prefer to not spend my "Golden Years" in prison

MY DH cleans, cooks, sweeps, mops, and even does toliets. But most of all we just like being together. We were married 5yrs ago Sat. (13th). He has OCD. Drives me nuts occationailly, but wouldn't trade for anyone else.

I am totally dreading my DH's retirement. He works 2 days at home each week & nearly drives me crazy. I love him dearly but he gets on my last nerve . Those out of town work days where he spends the night are nice sometimes. That way I can sew all day & not have to fix dinner & clean up at my leaisure. lol

I found it interesting how my husband decided I had been doing things wrong for so many years and wanting to rearrange my domain that had served us fine until he retired. I did not go to work like some of my friends did when their husbands retired, but was thrilled he took up golf. Take care.
