My DH and I have been watching American Idol since the start. We both agree that this year is the BEST.....love the judges, and the quality of the talent! We were shocked when Pia was voted off....beautiful, professional girl, unbelievable talent! I have read that she was signed to a recording contract the next day. We really had Pia and Jacob picked for the final two. They are ALL very talented and unique in their own way....I wish them all well!

This is a tough season. The singers are just awesome this year. There is also alot of controversy because there are more men, but they deserve to be there. It will be sad, no matter who goes now. Jennifer Hudson was voted off and look where she has gone since then. Maybe it was because of her more traditional ballads and less diversity, not sure...just a guess. She definitely can sing!
