Jennifer Hudson was voted off way before she should have and she has had a wonderful career. I hated to see Pia go. She was very good. I expect to see good things from her. Boy, were the judges shocked. Did you see their faces?

I almost cried!!! So sad. That girl should have been in the finale...she is GREAT!! She has a wonderful career ahead of her, and I am sure that one of the producers will pick her right up. Many of the contestants who were eliminated early in prior years ended up with wonderful careers. I will be watching for what she does...I just LOVE her voice!!

Simon got out and he was smart to do that. He said it was nothing but a popularity contest anymore.. It has been on too many years for it to be fair./

I was so surprised Pia was voted off. She has a wonderful voice. But as I look at all the contestants, each seems to have a special niche. It's hard to say who should be voted off because I think all the top 9 have been fabulous, each in their own way.

I think that it should be judged like they do on dancing with the Stars where people and judges vote. That would more fair. just saying.

I really like the idea of having the judges have input also. It would help to even out the voting somewhat. But we still need to vote for our favorites - no one is automatically safe!

I loved Pia also but believe like most of you that she has a career waiting for her after AI.

This has been a season of incredible talent. I think the judges are doing a great job. Simon had good points to make in his criticisms but I don't miss his snarkiness!

My personal favorites are Jacob Lusk and Scotty. I think both have exhibited not only outstanding vocals but moral conviction.

And please, no more Iggy Pop or Constantino.

So did I but you know they are all wonderfully talented this year. How in the world can you chose each week? That is my question. None of them should have been kicked off this week, but then what about next week? I will say this, the judges are the best this year. So glad they got rid of Simon. He was such a downer every week and so darn sarcastic, I wanted to punch his lights out a few, no, Many times. I wouldn't be surprised if all of them go on to have wonderful careers. Jan

I quit watching it weeks ago! I got REALLY tired of all the FORD commercials..... It's a T.V. show for heavens sake. Wonder what happened to Taylor HIcks! He playing the Indian Casino in Coos Bay OR on May 27th. Too bad I was just passing thru or I would be there to see him..... When the contestants get to this point-they are all winners (in my book).
