I have to scroll from side to side to read everything, is that because of the larger font? it's a pain but I can live with it. you da boss, Boss.

I hate to say it, but if the colors on the new forum stay as-is, then I won't be able to visit the site anymore. I'm prone to migraines, and there's something about the mix of colors that are immediately headache inducing. Not whining, not demanding that you change it, but just putting it out there. I'd be really bummed if I couldn't visit my favorite site anymore :(

The colors give me a bit of a headache too. They are a bit hard on the eyes. I know that not all message boards are created equal, but on another msg board I belong to, there are a couple choices of "color schemes." Is this an option?

I love the bookmarks feature. It makes it so I can bookmark my favoritet topics, or tutorials, or quilt ideas and go back whenever.

I posted this story just maybe 15 min ago under Links and Resources:
Subject: WI Camo Quilters/Food Hood victim...news story of their moving connection and CQers ongoing project
http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/29206.page

When I click on recent topics, this doesn't show up---only when I go to the Links and Resources forum can I find it.

Is this common for this board to have someone post a new thread and not have it show up under recent topics? Or is this perhaps glitch with the change over?

I would really like as many people as possible to have an opportunity to view this story.

Thank you, administration or anyone who can answer my question.

I really like that the Private Message is highlighted when I have a new PM...I won't miss them now!!! :D :D :D

And I really like that beside each post is a green "new" so that I know there has been another comment made :D :D :D

I agree about the new colors being hard to deal with.

I was over there less than two minutes and couldn't wait to go away.

I don't know about the technical part - but the part I can see is close to perfect as is.

It's comfortable. Fairly user friendly. Easy to sign up on.

My screen is quite wide (DS bought me a new monitor), so I always decrease the width so it's faster to read and I can have two screens open at the same time, and can just click back and forth.

Have to agree with rivka and bearisgray - could not cope with reading posts in the new forum colours for more than a few minutes before eye pain and blurring made me leave.

Sounds like many of us have a problem with the colors. More neutral perhaps? Please!?
