Default Butter or Margarine

FYI- I use Country Crock Marg. Had lunch on patio & dropped a dab of marg. on the patio. Didn't discover till 2 hrs. later. It was in the mid 70's so it should have melted but didn't. Another 2 hrs. later and it had turned white. Next day I used a stick to move it. It crumbled like plaster, what is this doing to our artery's. Now I have switched to butter.

My allergist told me to switch to butter many years ago. Said it was much better for you than margarine. I use Land O Lakes which he also recommended.

Yes! My mother would give me the job of kneading the color into the margarine.
