At first I was going to say no, but then I remembered there is one in Santa Cruz county at Roaring Camp,

I grew up on a street that has 2 covered bridges. My current town has one.

DH grew up near the one in VT that Irene took.

Milton, WV has one, I remember walking over it in flood time and watching big pieces of wood slamming into the cement posts under it and the roar of the water. But time took its toll and some wonderful folks in town had it moved to safer ground, away from the river. And they fixed it up, there's no more broken boards and I'm told you can't look through the floor to the small stream any more..but later generations can stand in it and feel people who've gone before whispering to them.
One day I hope to visit again and stand in it, close my eyes and imagine that I'm 10 years old again and glad to be out of school for the summer.

I live in a Tri-County area. There are 14 covered bridges within 50 miles of each other. Logan, Champaign and Union counties. http://www.dalejtravis.com/cblist/cboh.htm
this is the list of all covered bridges in the state of Ohio.

I just looked it up and there are 52! I sometimes forget that California has areas that get (lots) of snow, though there are some here in areas with no snow. I haven't seen many covered bridges, but they are beautiful, and my heart cried when I saw that covered bridge disappear on the news.
